Bidder/Contractor Equal Employment Certification

In order to receive E.E.O. certification, companies must provide information verifying their compliance with Canton City Codified Ordinance 507.03.  To maintain contract bid eligibility, companies are strongly encouraged to remain in compliance with the city’s E.E.O. program throughout the term of the contract.

The Compliance Department reviews all Bidder/Contractor Employment Practices Reports, and may refuse a report if it incomplete or is submitted without authorized signatures.
