Youth Running Club
This program is designed to introduce the sport of running in a non-competitive environment. Training will start out slowly and will gradually increase to help build endurance and strength. The goal of the program is to help children build up their stamina so they can walk, jog, or run for 30 minutes without stopping. All children will track their progress, learn about goal setting, and keep a running log. Each participant receives a water bottle. Register here for running club.
Dates: April 11th-May 11th (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Time: 6-7 PM
Location: Stadium Park--Please meet at soccer field off of 12th street.Running will take place on Stadium Park track.
Fee: $20 per participant; $25 for non-resident
