Plain Township, The City of Canton, and Stark County Parks Districts will be hosting "PCS Fest". The event will run from Schneider Park in Plain Township to Schreiber Park in the City of Canton using the Middlebranch Trail as connecting points and travel.
The event is geared towards health and wellness by encouraging families to use the parks systems and trail heads by being active. ArtsInStark will be securing entertainment and stationing different groups along the trail and at the parks. Plain Township will have food vendors offering various items and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase, and various youth and adult based activities and opportunities offered through the Plain Township Fire Department.
The City of Canton Parks and Recreation will offer kayak rides beginning at Martindale Park, hayrides at Reifsnyder Park, touch a truck experiences, youth recreational activities at both Schreiber and Martindale Park. Food and non-alcoholic beverages as well as entertainment will also be available at Schreiber Park. The Stark County Parks District is also a partner in the event and the Middlebranch Trail makes a safe and wonderful traffic route between connector points.

Kayaking is available for ages 10& older with Ernie's. $5.00 per person and waivers are required!
