Dog Training Classes
Do you have a new puppy that needs training to become a good Canine citizen, or an old dog that wants to learn new tricks? Bring them out to Willy's Dog Park on Sunday afternoons for six week fun-filled learning experience for both you and your dog. You, along with your pet, will learn from a certified dog training instructor. All dogs must be up-to-date on all shots. Register for dog training classes here.

Dates: September 11th through October 16th
Times: 4-5 PM for puppies; 5-6 PM for dogs 8 months and older
Location: Willy's Dog Park located by Mother Goose Land
Fee: $75 per dog

Babysitters' Training
A course for building a safe and successful babysitting business. Babysitting can be a teenager's first attempt at building and running a small business. The Child and Babysitting Safety course comes in a magazine format guide to engage and inform the aspiring babysitter. All classes are held at the parks and recreation office located at 1414 Market Avenue North, Canton, 44714. Click here to register for babysitters' training. Deadline is Friday, October 7th.

Fee: $35 per participant; $45 non-resident

CPR, AED, & First Aid Combo
American Safety & Health Institute's CPR, AED, & First Aid Combination training helps develop basic First Aid knowledge, sills, and confidence to respond to emergency situations. This combination training is an excellent choice for both the community and work place setting. At the completion of the training participants will be tested on the knowledge reviewed during the program. Participants will receive a two (2) year certification after successfully completing the course. Click here to register for the program. Deadline is Friday, October 7th.

Spirit Bottle Light Workshops
Join in a local artist in making a sparkling Spirit Bottle table light with a recycled wine bottle that will shine warmth throughout your home. Try your hand at a holiday themed light, or use your imagination to explore your own creativity and ideas. Perfect for Christmas gifts. Materials and instruction provided. Cost is $35 for residents and $40 for non-residents.

Fall Theme: Wednesday, November 9th from 6:30-8:30 PM at the Canton Garden Center
Winter Theme: Wednesday, December 7th from 6:30-8:30 PM at the Canton Garden Center
