Appropriations
The Appropriations Report identifies the permanently adopted budgeted that was submitted by the Mayor and passed by City Council. Please note that in order for the City to spend any money for any purpose the City Council must first authorize legal appropriations (budget) in order for departments to have a legal budget to work from.
Auditor's Certificate of Estimated Resources
The Auditor's Certificate of Estimated Resources identifies the fund balance as of January 1, 2023, as well as, the estimated revenue to be received by December 31, 2023. The Auditor’s Certificate is utilized to define the dollar limit that can be budgeted and spent in each City fund.
Certificate & Appropriation Comparative
The Certificate and Appropriation Comparative compares the Auditor Certificate to the legally adopted appropriations and provides the unappropriated balance. The unappropriated balance represents the amount that the City has available to spend in a specific fund and has yet to identify a specific purpose for which this money will be spent.
Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) covers all funds of the city's finances, and includes basic financial statements and required supplementary information prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Expense Budget Performance Report
The Expense Budget Performance Report shows the Adopted Budget Expenditures and any Budget Expenditure Amendments throughout the year by fund, department, expenditure type, and account. This report also shows current month transactions, year-to-day transactions, and comparative prior-year totals.
Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR)
The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is a summarization of accounting data in an easy to understand format. The most recent PAFR is for fiscal year 2022.
Revenue Budget Performance Report
The Revenue Budget Performance Report shows the Adopted Revenue Budget and any Revenue Budget Amendments made throughout the year by fund, department, revenue type, and account. This report also shows current month transactions, year-to-day transactions, and comparative prior-year totals.
Statement of Cash Position
The Statement of Cash Position Report indicates the beginning balance in each fund as of January 1, 2023. In addition, you will see month-to-date and year-to-date revenues and expenses as well as ending cash balance as of the date and time reflected on this report.
