A Note from the Superintendent

The City of Canton is dedicated to providing quality sanitation services to its residents. The Sanitation Department is open from 6 am to 2 pm, but calls are forwarded before/after these hours to an after-hours phone. If you have questions or concerns about your sanitation service or any of our services, please call us at 330-489-3020.

During times of high call volume, we may not be able to answer your call immediately. Please be sure to leave the information mentioned below on the department's voicemail to receive a return call, or submit your request through SeeClickFix.  We will address your concerns and get back to you as soon as we are able.

Information Needed

When calling, please have the following information ready to process your concern:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • The address of the City sanitation account you are calling about
  • A full description of the issue or needs, including times and other key information
