Parking Decks & Lots

Parking Decks
The Parking Division maintains and operates two City-owned parking decks. Both decks are open to monthly and hourly parking.
Cornerstone Parking Deck
- Location: The east side of Walnut Avenue SE between 2nd Street SE and 3rd Street SE
- Entrances: 3rd Street SE (Hourly Parking) and Walnut Avenue SE (Monthly Parking)
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday: 6:30 am to 7:30 pm
- Saturday & Sunday - Closed
- Open for certain events on weekends.
- Hourly Rates: $1 Per Hour, $3 Daily Maximum
- Monthly Rates: $40 Per Month - Standard Rate, $50 Per Month - Preferred Rate (Allows for Parking on the First Level)
Millennium Parking Deck
- Location: The West Side of Walnut Avenue NE Between 2nd Street and 3rd Street
- Entrance: Piedmont Avenue NE North of 2nd Street
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday: 6:30 am to 7:30 pm
- Saturday & Sunday - Closed
- Open for certain events on weekends.
- Hourly Rates: $0.50 for First 15 Minutes, $0.75 Per Each Additional 15 Minutes up to $5 Maximum
- Monthly Rates: $50 Per Month Standard Rate, $60 Per Month Preferred Rate (Allows for Parking on First Level with 24-Hour Access)
Parking Lots
- Rex Avenue Lot
- Location: Between Tuscarawas Street E and 2nd Street NE in the 200 block
- Monthly Rate: $25 Per Month
- Walnut Avenue Lot
- Location: The East Side of Walnut Avenue NE Between 4th Street NE and 5th Street NE
- Monthly Rate: $16 Per Month
