The City of Canton Fair Housing Office (CCFHO) operates as a Fair Housing Assistance Program (FHAP), funded and administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City of Canton Fair Housing Commission enforces Chapter 515 of the City of Canton Fair Housing Code which has been certified by HUD and determined to be substantially equivalent to the federal Fair Housing Act (FHA).
