  • The interest rate applied to outstanding liabilities incurred on or after January 1, 2016 during 2016 shall be 5% per annum for the City of Canton and its Joint Economic Development Districts (JEDDs).
  • The interest rate applied to outstanding liabilities incurred on or after January 1, 2016 during 2017 and 2018 shall be 6% per annum for the City of Canton and its JEDDs.
  • The interest rate applied to outstanding liabilities incurred on or after January 1, 2016 during 2019 and 2020 shall be 7% per annum for the City of Canton and its JEDDs.
  • The interest rate applied to outstanding liabilities incurred on or after January 1, 2016 during 2021 shall be 5% per annum for the City of Canton and its JEDDs.
  • The interest rate applied to outstanding liabilities incurred on or after January 1, 2016 during 2022 shall be 5% per annum for the City of Canton and its JEDDs.
  • For the City of Canton and its JEDDs, the interest rate applied to outstanding liabilities incurred during 2023 shall be 7% per annum.
