Ordinance 2/2021

Enter into Contract Modification #2 with Burgess & Niple, Inc. in the amount of $976,070.00 in order to implement the next phase of the Asset Management (AM) and Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) Plan project which includes contract management of sewer cleaning, flow monitoring, analysis of the sanitary sewer system, updates to the USEPA report, etc., resulting in a new contract amount of $2,805,370.00.

Ordinance 90/2018

Enter into Contract Modification #3 with Burgess & Niple, Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $62,676.49 for the AM & CMOM Plan Development & Implementation project, in order to close out the original contract initiated in 2018, resulting in a new contract amount of $2,742,693.51.

Ordinance 12/2021

Enter into contract with Bell Equipment Company of Ohio in the amount of $127,585.00 for the purchase of one Boom Loader Truck for the Sanitation Department pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program which exempts said purchase from competitive bidding.

Enter into contract with Bell Equipment Company of Ohio in the amount of $127,950.00 for the purchase of one Small Packer Truck for the Sanitation Department pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program which exempts said purchase from competitive bidding.

Ordinance 14/2021

Enter into a professional services contract with Burgess & Niple, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $43,700.00 for the design of the Brentwood Interior Tank Painting Project for the Water Department.

Ordinance 244/2020

Enter into a professional services contract with Farsight Management, Inc. in the amount of $28,420.00 for mold abatement services at the Thurman Munson Stadium locker rooms.
