Enter into contract with Canton For All People, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 utilizing CDBG funds for the Shorb Neighborhood Home Improvement Project.
Enter into a professional services contract with Motter & Meadows Architects in the amount of $44,500.00 for the new park pavilion located on Edward “Peel” Coleman Community Center Property as part of the Crenshaw Park Shelter Project.
Enter into a Subaward Grant Agreement with Foxy Few, LLC utilizing $200,000.00 in American Rescue Plan Act (APRA) funds for environmental remediation and demolition of the former Calvary Presbyterian Church building, and clearing and greening of adjacent parcels located at 1515 Shorb Ave. NW.
Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Arcadis U.S., Inc. in the amount of $4,500.00 for the Design Services for the Cromer Reservoir Improvement Project due to additional design to replace and rehab sanitary sewer and manholes, resulting in a new contract amount of $444,700.00.
Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Stanley Miller Construction Co. for the Centennial Plaza Restroom and Operations Support Facility in order to revise the substantial completion date to April 27, 2023 due to lasting supply chain issues.
Enter into contract with the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation (ODOT) in the amount of $47,059.20 for improvements to Atlantic Blvd./US 62 at Rebar Ave./Vertolli-Harmon Memorial Lane and at Kirby Ave. including the relocation of Rebar Ave. and Vertolli-Harmon Memorial Lane and the addition of turn lanes on Atlantic Blvd. Also, the addition of lane restrictions at Kirby Ave. and Atlantic Blvd. lying within the City of Canton.
