Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with CT Consultants, Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $25,706.45 for the design services on the Fairmount Area Water Main Replacement Project, Phase II, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $50,293.55.
2.

Ordinance 214/2020

Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Central Allied Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $17,370.00 for the Cleveland Ave. NW Water Main Replacement Project due to a sanitary sewer repair, resulting in a new contract amount of $2,165,762.00.
3.

Ordinance 220/2020

Award and enter into a construction contract with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $270,685.62 for the 12th St. NW Water Main Replacement Project.
