Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $49,450.07 for the Eastpointe Blvd. NE Storm Sewer Project, GP1341 due to excavation work needed to stabilize the base, resulting in a new contract amount of $339,412.10 for the Engineering Dept.

Enter into contract with MacQueen Equipment, LLC DBA Bell Equipment Company of Ohio in the amount of $654,515.52 for the purchase of two (2) Heil DuraPack 5000 High Compaction Rear Loader Sanitation Trucks for the Sanitation Department pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program which exempts said purchase from competitive bidding.

Enter into a contract amendment with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to reduce several licensing services for the annual LOGOS New World Maintenance Contract, saving approximately $6,500.00 per year.  An unlimited enterprise license for Utilities will be then added with an initial cost of $11,500.00 and $2,000.00 annual renewal, saving $4,500.00 each year after the initial purchase.

Enter into a professional services agreement with Glaus, Pyle, Schomer, Burns & DeHaven, Inc. dba GPD Group in the amount of $154,800.00 for the architectural and engineering design services for the 2022 Service Center Upgrade and Reconfiguration Project, GP1331.

Enter into a professional services agreement with Glaus, Pyle, Schomer, Burns & DeHaven, Inc. dba GPD Group in the amount of $781,836.00 for the architectural and engineering design services for the Sanitation Building Project, GP1376.

Enter into Service Agreement Amendments with AT&T Corp. to extend the original Centrex phone service throughout City Hall for an additional 12 months and extend the Centrex service in the Dispatch Area for an additional 24 months while following the existing Service Agreement terms.

Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with Arcadis, U.S., Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $43,748.92 in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $214,456.08 for the Water Department.

Enter into a thirty (30) year lease agreement with Fourth and Market, Ltd. for construction of a restroom and operational support facility for Centennial Plaza located at 4th St. NW and Court Ave. NW in the amount of $7,500.00 per year for years 1-5.  Rent shall then increase every 5 years using the Consumer Price Index.
