Ordinances 51/2019 & 1/2020

Enter into a professional services contract with O.R. Colan Associates, LLC in the amount of $154,075.00 for Right of Way Acquisition Services for the Colonial Blvd. NE Reconstruction Project, Phase 1 for the Engineering Dept.
2.

Ordinances 180/2020, 243/2020, 28/2021 and 41/2021

Award and enter into agreements with the following individuals/businesses for the Sale of Real Properties which are no longer needed for municipal purposes:
Housten T. Hale III in the amount of $100.00 for the property located on Tuscarawas St. E. (Parcel 284108)
Renee Dennis in the amount of $100.00 for the property located on 15th St. SW (Parcel 246024)
Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority in the total amount of $150.00 for the properties located on Lippert Rd. NE (Parcel 283730), 7th St. NE (Parcel 206291) and Seneca Pl. NE (Parcel 234120).  The purchase price is $50.00 per property.
First Mennonite Church in the amount of $1,500.00 for property located at 1928 3rd St. SE (Parcel 231489)
The East Ohio Gas Company dba Dominion Energy Ohio, an Ohio Corporation in the amount of $2,500.00 for the property located at 3034 Navarre Rd. SW (Parcel 202812)

Ordinance 58/2021

Award and enter into contract with Montrose Ford, LLC in the amount of $66,220.30 for the purchase of two (2) Ford Super Duty F-250 XL Pickup Trucks for the Building Maintenance Department.
4.

Ordinance 66/2020

Enter into Change Order No. 2 with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $16,643.00 for the 36th St. NW Storm Sewer & Road Reconstruction Project, Phase 1, GP1270 in order to remedy a deficient sanitary sewer line, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,707,276.48.

Ordinance 80/2021

Enter into Change Order No. 2 with Northstar Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $179,951.35 for the 13th St. NW Reconstruction Project, GP1248 due to extra excavation, additional cement stabilization and pavement sawing, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,424,151.35.

Ordinance 58/2021

Enter into a professional services agreement with Prime AE Group, Inc. in the amount of $124,500.00 for Stage 2 plans that will include Environmental, Geotechnical Exploration, Utility Coordination, Roadway, Structure Plans and Waterline Relocation Design for the replacement of the 15th Street SW Bridge, GP1299.

Ordinance 244/2020

Enter into a supply contract with D.J.L. Material & Supply, Inc. for the purchase of liquid asphalt crack sealant material utilizing the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchasing Program pursuant to ORC 5513.01.

Ordinance 221/2020

Award and enter into a construction contract with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $3,314,303.99 for the Steese Area Roadway and Drainage - Phase 1, 39th St. NW Project, GP 1284 for the Engineering Department.
