Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Architectural Roofing, LLC in the amount of $15,928.00 in order to correct four items of unforeseen conditions, resulting in a new contract amount of $105,878.00.

Enter into Contract Amendment No. 1 with Paymentus Corporation in order to add the Enterprise Communication Manager (ECM) feature to the Electronic Bill Pay and Presentment System. ECM allows the Utility Billing Department to send customers billing and payment notice updates. There will be no cost change to the original contract.
