Ordinance 58/2021

Award and enter into a construction contract with The Shelly Company in the amount of $2,643,655.60 for the 36th St. NW Storm Sewer & Road Reconstruction Project, Phase 2, GP 1270 for the Engineering Dept.

2.

Ordinance 78/2021

Enter into contract with Cargill, Inc. for the supply of road salt at a cost of $46.11 per ton for the 2021-2022 winter season pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5513.01 (Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchasing Program).

3.

Ordinance 58/2021

 Enter into Change Order No. 3 & Final with Northstar Asphalt, Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $34,430.10 for the 2020 Paving Program, GP1329, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $3,333,973.02.
