Enter into a contract amendment with Stark County Community Action Agency for their summer learning and work experience program for Canton McKinley High School students. The original contract amount was $78,000.00 in ARPA funds. This amendment will increase the contract amount up to an additional $150,000.00, resulting in a new contract amount of up to $228,000.00.

Enter into contract with Dirty Hands Excavating & Restoration, LLC for the mowing of City owned and/or controlled lots.  This contract shall begin on the date of the Auditor’s certification of funds and be valid until March 31, 2024, for the Building Code Department.

Enter into a contract amendment with C&J Contractors, Inc. for the Demolition of the Clarendon Ave. Pedestrian Bridge. Demolition will take place in the vicinity of a railway owned and operated by Norfolk Southern Railway Company.  This amendment states that C&J Contractors will indemnify Norfolk Southern during the performance of its work on the project.
