Codified Ordinance 107.07

Enter into a six-month contract with Metalico Akron, Inc. dba Metalico Annaco for the sale of scrap vehicles located at the Police Impound Lot in the amount of $432.00 per vehicle.  This price may adjust up or down each month based on the American Metal Market Index for scrap.

3.

Ordinance 95/2023

Enter into a one-year agreement, with the option of two (2) one-year extensions if mutually agreed upon, with the Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority (SMHA) for fuel services and vehicle maintenance for SMHA vehicles to be provided by the City of Canton Department of Motor Vehicles.
