Ordinance 164/2022

Enter into a Subaward Grant Agreement with Canton For All People Acquisition and Holdings LLC utilizing $1 million dollars in American Rescue Plan Act (APRA) funds for the purpose of acquiring and renovating 15 single family homes in the Shorb Neighborhood for resale or rental.

Ordinance 62/2022

Award and enter into a construction contract with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $1,518,058.50 for the Harvard Ave. Waterline Replacement Project for the Water Department.

Ordinance 62/2022

Enter into a professional services contract with Anser Advisory Management, LLC in the amount of $141,032.00 for the construction oversight services for the Harvard Ave. Waterline Replacement Project for the Water Department.

Ordinance 169/2022

Enter into a professional services contract with Sol Harris/Day Architecture, Inc. in the amount of $99,640.00 for the development of a Canton Memorial Civic Center Facility Needs Assessment Study utilizing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds.

5.

Ordinance 160/2022

Enter into a professional services agreement with Black, McCuskey, Souers & Arbaugh LPA in an amount not to exceed $30,000 to provide specialized legal assistance with Workers’ Compensation Cases for Human Resources.

6.

Ordinance 61/2022

Enter into Contract Amendment No. 2 with Paymentus Corporation for the implementation and creation of monthly parking deck, parking lot and on-street parking bills to create a single cohesive payment platform for Canton City Utilities customers for the Electronic Bill Pay and Presentment System.  There will be no cost change to the original contract.

Award and enter into a construction contract with Stanley Miller Construction Co. in the amount of $1,967,331.00 for the 9th St. NE Salt Storage Facility Renovations Project, GP1371 for the Engineering Department.

Ordinance 69/2022

Award and enter into a construction contract with The Shelly Company in the amount of $429,880.00 for the 2022 City Paving Program, Phase 2, Spot Paving GP1396 for the Engineering Department.
