Ordinance TBD

Enter into a Final Participatory Agreement/Final Resolution and contract with the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation (ODOT) in the amount of $200,000.00 for the lighting improvements at the U.S. 30/Raff Rd. interchange, lying within the City of Canton.

2.

Ordinance 117/2021

Award and enter into a construction contract with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $1,485,747.35 for the Edgefield Area Water Main Replacement Project, Phase 2.

Ordinance 117/2021

Award and enter into a professional services contract with CT Consultants to perform construction oversight services in an amount of $133,078.00 for the Edgefield Area Water Main Replacement Project, Phase 2.  The City conducted a Request for Qualifications as per the Ohio Revised Code.  CT Consultants was ranked the highest by the Water Department selection team and is being recommended for an award of the construction oversight services.

Ordinance TBD

Enter into Change Order No. 3 & Final with Michael Baker International, Inc. in the amount of $9,585.65 for the Mahoning Road Corridor Project, Phase 2, GP 1103, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,404,041.65.

Enter into Change Order No. 14 and 15 & Final with S.E.T., Inc. in the amount of $682,871.62 and -$112,277.35 respectively for a net change of $570,594.27 for the Mahoning Road NE Corridor Project, Phase 2, GP 1103, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $10,214,155.82.
