Ordinance 43/2022

Enter into Contract Amendment No. 1 for the Subaward Grant Agreement with Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio utilizing ARPA funds for a playground and community gathering space at the Compton Learning Center.  This will amend the prevailing wage requirements; clarify the funds are for playground equipment only and commit the amount of $350,000.00 of ARPA funds for the equipment.
