Enter into an ARPA Subaward Grant Agreement in the amount of $300,000.00 with J. Babe Stearn Community Center to assist in the construction of a proposed $1.5 million synthetic turf multipurpose Youth Development Park.

Ordinance 112/2023

Enter into contract with Southeastern Equipment Co., Inc. in the amount of $73,826.50 for the purchase of a Track Mounted Excavator for the Collection Systems Department pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program, which exempts said purchase from competitive bidding.

Ordinance 225/2022

Enter into contract with Playcore Wisconsin, Inc. DBA GameTime c/o DWA Recreation, Inc. in the amount of $633,344.23 in ARPA Funds for the purchase of playground equipment for Cornelia, Crenshaw, Harmont and Garaux Parks pursuant to the Omnia Cooperative Purchasing Program, which exempts said purchase from competitive bidding.
