Enter into contract with Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Company, LLC for the City/County Fiber Network Project, GP1407 pursuant to the design-build selection process per ORC 153.  Utilizing ARPA funds, the City’s portion of the project will cost $6,599,870.00 and the County’s portion of the project will cost $356,440.00.  

Enter into Change Order No. 1 with HM Miller Construction Co. in the amount of $45,719.91 for the Allen Ave. SE Area Sanitary Sewer and Waterline Project, GP1332 due to the relocation of unforeseen underground obstructions and for additional maintenance fees, resulting in a new contract amount of $6,216,112.41.
