Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with Jordan Services, LLC for a cost reduction in the amount of $2,799.60 for the US 30 Storm Sewer Cleaning & Televising 2020 Project, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $76,159.40 for the Collection Systems Department.

Enter into a professional services agreement with H.R. Gray & Associates, LLC in the amount of $415,402.00 for the construction engineering services on the Allen Ave. SE Area Sanitary Sewer and Waterline Project, GP1332 for the Collection Systems Department.
