Enter into a professional services agreement with CT Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $103,485.00 for the construction oversight of the Edgefield Area Water Main Replacement Project, Phase 1 for the Water Department

Ordinance 116/2021

Award and enter into a construction contract with Wenger Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $1,310,222.75 for the Edgefield Area Water Main Replacement Project, Phase 1.

3.

Ordinance 45/2020

Enter into an amendment to the professional services contract with the Stark County Auditor and the Automated Data Processing Board of Stark County, Ohio for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) coordination services by a City GIS Coordinator.  This is to include the cost to the City in the amount $54,007.00 for 2022 for GIS coordination services.
