Ordinance 87/2020

Enter into contract with Habitat for Humanity of East Central Ohio in the amount of $30,000.00 in CDBG-CV funds for the Hope Restored Program to provide vouchers for needs based furniture and home goods to be purchased at Habitat’s ReStore by people in the community who lack the financial ability to make these purchases.

Ordinance 214/2021

Enter into a sole source contract with Sub-Aquatics, Inc DBA Breathing Air Systems in the amount of $148,861.25 for the purchase of three (3) Bauer self-contained breathing apparatus Cascade compressor systems for the Fire Department.

Ordinance 55/2021

Enter into a professional services agreement with Arcadis U.S., Inc. in the amount of $400,000.00 for design engineering and plan preparation of the West Tuscarawas Corridor Safety Project, Phase 1, GP 1165.

Ordinance 210/2021

Enter into a professional services agreement with Glaus, Pyle, Schomer, Burns & DeHaven, Inc. DBA GPD Group in the amount of $107,549.00 for the architectural and engineering design services for the 9th St. Salt Dome Renovations.
